Notifications are sometimes not sent using pooled connections combined with EveryHalfHour reconnect policy about java-apns HOT 5 CLOSED

Thank you very much for the bug entry and the suggestion. I'll put in the suggested fix and make a release. It has been a long overdue.

As for the reconnection policy, Apple has surprised me quite a bit with it's hanging the connection silently and abruptly, I went with the most conservative with the reconnection policy. A new connection every 30 minutes sounded a bit more conservative than A new connection after 30 minutes idling, without costing much more, I think.

I have just tested with a pool of 15 threads, and using the fix everything seems to work. It is just fine with the 30 reconnect everytime, I know about the Apple timeout so it is better so be safe than sorry here (o;

I have just pushed a fix. It is a slight modification from what you submitted; namely it only creates a copy if mutable data is at stake (i.e. in EveryHalfHour only but not Never).
