PrePARE error reort: list index out of range about noresm2cmor HOT 3 CLOSED

Very likely because we haven't registered NorESM1-LM for PAMIP.

The latest CMIP6_CV.json file says:

As a workaround for the QC check, I suggest that you make a copy of the tables folder, modify CMIP6_CV.json, set the env variable CMIP6_CMOR_TABLE to the modified tables directory and rerun the original PrePARE (not the wrapper!).

I'd think it is ok to update the model registration also after publication. Very recently I sent this email out to inform about the update procedures:

Almost exactly three years ago I CMIP6 registered a set of possible NorESM2 candidates. This information will be exposed all over the place when we publish data now (particularly through in-file metadata and ES-docs). Therefore it might be a good idea to update that information. Yet, I think I’m the wrong person to maintain the NorESM2 registrations and make decisions on versioning of components etc. So if you could help with that that would be much appreciated.

Update: My last comment was wrong. The missing registration of PAMIP has no effect on QC. The problem was a typo in PrePARE_wrapper (CMIP6_CMOR_TABLES was spelled CMIP6_CMOR_TABLE). After correcting the bug, QC of the above file passes fine.
