Consider moving linting to xo about opossum HOT 3 CLOSED

Is the only motivation to doing this that greenkeeper is a pain to maintain? Is there a reason that we update dev dependencies (and not just project/product dependencies) with greenkeeper?

I can add 2 more motivations:

1. xo is catching a bit more suggestions for good code than raw-eslint (yup xo uses eslint under the covers)

2. less configuration for the project

@danbev dev dependencies are definitely less important, but I do think it's good to keep them up to date. As for motivations, @helio-frota is right on both counts, and we eliminate quite a few eslint dependencies https://github.com/bucharest-gold/opossum/pull/176/files#diff-b9cfc7f2cdf78a7f4b91a753d10865a2L50. We could definitely have improved our eslint rules so that we catch all of the many things that XO has found. But this is just a lot easier.
