http-parser does not follow rfc2616 when parsing header, prototype ajax requests (palm webos) do not work about http-parser HOT 2 CLOSED

I also have hit a bug where the parser is being too strict. Here are some headers seen in the wild:

Note the headers containing an underscore.

From the spec:

The field-name must be composed of printable ASCII characters
(i.e., characters that have values between 33. and 126.,
decimal, except colon). The field-body may be composed of any
ASCII characters, except CR or LF.
