On windows 10 restart the serial bus driver needs re-install about node-bluetooth-hci-socket HOT 4 OPEN

@T-Rez-Mity is there anyway to reproduce this without using node-red? What BLE devices were you using?

Sensortag CC1350. I will try without node-red.

This is prior to restarting using: "C:\Users\username\node_modules\noble\examples\advertisement-discovery.js"

What happens if you set the DEBUG env. var to hci-usb before starting node-red. I think it's something like setenv DEBUG=hci-usb.
