Cannot remove /nix about nix HOT 1 CLOSED

Okay, I was able to figure out how to uninstall. Just after posting this, I noticed the problem could be related with the file at /etc/synthetic.conf, so then I decided to take a look at the file:

sudo vim /etc/synthetic.conf

Then I noticed it had the following content:

nix
nix
nix

That did not look good. I changed the file so that it would only contain a single "nix" in it, and tried reinstalling nix:

sh <(curl -L https://nixos.org/nix/install)

That still didn't work, so later I tried removing the file to reinstall nix:

sudo rm /etc/synthetic.conf
sh <(curl -L https://nixos.org/nix/install)

Now nix is fully operational again.

Perhaps there is nothing to fix here, just my system was not uninstalled properly and the file got into that weird state. Took ma a while to figure I could delete the file to reinstall Nix.
