IterateeCompress "attribute `bz2' missing" about cabal2nix HOT 3 CLOSED

Only a few reverse dependencies on hackage:

• BiobaseFasta
• ght
• zoom-cache

I was trying to install zoom-cache when I found the issue.

I misunderstood the nature of the, it looks like bz2 just needs to alias pkgs.bzip2. I do not know if there is anything that would make sense to change on the cabal2nix side so I will leave this open until someone takes a look at it.

  bz2 = pkgs.bzip2;
};

There is no way to remedy this issue automatically as long as haskell-packages.nix is edited manually. I'm closing this issue for now; we can revisit this subject if we ever end up pursuing the pkglist-experiment branch of cabal2nix.
