json not found error about placeyourself HOT 6 CLOSED

Hey! It's been a while since I'd looked at this project. The issue there seems that I hadn't written something to ensure that a folder called "defs" existed, which would be used to store a file with the definition of the particular placeholder collection. I'd put the "defs" folder in the gitignore, so it never got pushed, and I hadn't written any code to create that folder. I've just pushed some new commits that should fix it, if you'd like to try it out now!

I've also made a slight change to the format of the links. You used to have to go to "http://localhost:3000/collections/Dogs/250/300" to create a placeholder image, but now you should go to "http://localhost:3000/Dogs/250/300" instead, without the word "collections".

This project could totally use a bunch of refactoring and new features, so feel free to fork this and make any changes you'd like, and I'm happy to merge any pull requests you make!
