Those logos look great. I like the white on black vertical version the most. This one:

I am not sure if it would work best with black background as you have there or with transparent. Can you send both transparent background .png and the full background? One problem with transparent version though and the white logo is that it won't be seen on GitHub if users don't use dark theme so better use the black background I think.
