The shop is not destroyed it is simply "stored" in memory re-create the sign your stock will still exist.

Niji,,.. that's not what I'm worried about.

What I mean is that when someone other than myself hits the sign, it says "This sign is protected".. However if someone destroys the block it's attached to, the sign is gone until I come by much later and find out that it's been destroyed.

I'm hoping that you are able to also protect the block it's attached to so that scenario can't happen.
