Thank you, Clement, for your quick reply.
I just had the chance to switch to Matlab R2018a and to test the MP3 software : the converters pops up properly!

Hi !
Yes we already faced this issue before. It is caused because Matlab 2017a cannot support Java 8, which is mandatory for the converter.
As mentioned on the homepage of the MP3 GitHub repository, MP3 requires at least Matlab 2017b and Java 8.
So you will have to update your Matlab version to use MP3.
