I can't modify a registry key about create-exefromps1 HOT 2 OPEN

Unfortunately there is no error, the script works fine when executed in his .ps1 form but not in .exe one .
It's like it do not have the rights to do register modifications .
Maybe it's my code which don't return any error .

Ps: I tried with another tool, and same result,it's maybe where or how, the the extracted .ps1 is executed .
