Can't add an Index about ngorm HOT 3 OPEN

hello, thanks for trying out ngorm. Unfortunate I am very occupied so I won't be able to take a closer look for a while.

Thank you for your reply. I looked a bit around and I found the issue. QL does not support a WHERE clause in a CREATE INDEX statement, but postgres does. A simple check if the dialect is postgres should suffice, e.g.

if e.Dialect.GetName() == "postgres" {
	var err error
	w, err = WhereSQL(e, e.Scope.Value)
	if err != nil {
		return err
	}
}

Could you do that quickly or should I make a pull request?
