Proposal for 0.4.0 about ngbp HOT 3 OPEN

BTW, currently templateUrl has something like templateUrl: 'home/home.tpl.html'. Instead I would propose something like templateUrl: 'app/home/home.tpl.html', this will allow users to configure multiple apps and at the same time allow refer to any templates placed inside common dir as well.

Also common dir can be renamed to something smaller like lib or ext or anything else, so that submodules defined inside it can be named as ext.plusOne etc.

Looks like grunt.loadTasks can only load tasks from subdir and not from file :(
So boilerplate.js at the root level wont work instead it needs to be placed inside a subdir like tasks/boilerplate.js
