Include OpenMS FileInfo to check for valid mzML files about mhcquant HOT 3 CLOSED

FileFilter takes care of artifacts in (converted) mzml files now:

• precursors with charge 0 are filtered out
• empty spectra are filtered out

from mhcquant.

@steffenlem We should make the filefilter optional for quantification, since we use match between runs to rescue MS1 spectra that might not have MS2-Spectra corresponding to it

Edit: There is a dedicated option for removing MS1 chromatograms without peaks
-peak_options:remove_empty : Removes spectra and chromatograms without peaks.

So only MS2-Spectrum removed automatically and MS1 scan is kept? That would be enough for match-between-runs I suppose

from mhcquant.

Still, making this module optional makes sense since it more or less duplicates big mzml files in the work directories.
