ENG-379 [BUG] - Slider does not support RL

After investigating a bit a see that it works good when you wrap the slider with <I18nProvider lang="he"> but I would imagine that it should work also when you set the parent element direction as RTL as well.
It works when you change all direction === 'rtl' ? 'left' : 'right' with just inset-inline-start logical property.
the problem is that @react-aria/slider does not support this
from nextui.

Ok sorry for the confusion, now i see that you can pass lang to the NextUIProvider and it will works O~O
from nextui.
