ufits cluster about amptk HOT 2 CLOSED

It's helpful if you can put in the beginning part of the log file as well so I can see which OS you are on and which version of UFITS you are running. So two things are strange here, one is that fewer reads are passing the expected errors trimming, this is not the correct behavior. And then it appears that dereplication is failing. It is hard for me to tell why, but I will update the code to provide a more detailed extra log file to help with troubleshooting.

I'm not sure what is happening here, but I just pushed a new release (v0.5.6) that has improved logging. Could you please update to newest release, try this again, and then post the logs for me? Thanks.

To update via home-brew:

brew update
brew upgrade ufits

To update if you git cloned:

#move into directory
git pull
