Nothing the status app can prevent at the moment. It's the dav app setting the status over and over again. cc @miaulalala

I think it's a status_timestamp issue - each status has a status_timestamp when it was set. We take this into account when overwriting a custom status -> if the custom status was set after a meeting status, we don't overwrite it with the meeting status again. What I think is happening is that the custom status status_timestamp is probably the same (before the meeting starts) even when restoring it. So the dav app sees this and thinks - "hey, that's an old status, I will overwrite this". TBC but I think that's a pretty good guess.

Solution would be to update the status_timestamp when a status is restored to be the timestamp of "now".
