Hi, everyone

The problem lies in the reverse proxy that was being used, same has been reconfigures and it omitted the upload limits

So if you are running NGINX kindly refer to the link https://www.tecmint.com/limit-file-upload-size-in-nginx/ to specify the file size that can be uploaded.

Hope this will be helpful for anyone who encounters this issue ever.

I'm afraid you'll have to describe your steps in more detail... maybe you can post a screenshot? please make sure this is not a third party issue.
