[PM] Figure out who can work on URL structure and SEO about dhs-oneapp HOT 4 CLOSED

For IA and URL audit -- I'm curious if I'm oversimplifying this, but I'm assuming that we don't need to worry about redirects for anything inside the application. I think that should mean we only need to worry about redirecting the links currently on the homepage that are being redesigned:

• Apply for services
• Complete an unfinished application
• Check application status
• potentially Screen for Services, but I'm starting to think we should check if there's a simple fix for this tool so we don't need to replace it for MVP
• I'm assuming we're not changing other links on the homepage, just including them as is, like the links in the footer

For SEO, I'm guessing this can wait a sprint or two. Update: Matt can advise on this. Need to create issue with specifics?

Only additional redirect, which we confirmed with NJ today, is that all links inside the application will redirect to the login page. Once users login, they will be taken to first unfinished page in their application.

Opened #114 as a follow up for Melissa to review the plan outlined above (even though I'm pretty sure she's on board with it as-is) and then to review with Danielle ahead of a conversation with Matt Cutts. Therefore, I think we can close this.
