破案了，关闭dhcp之后，手动设置的dns服务器地址失效了，原来的校园网dns服务器为202.118.1.129，最近更新为202.118.1.29了，把这个更新了一下就ok了

不知道什么原因，好像是关闭了dhcp之后的网卡就这样，
我有两张网卡，eno1和eno2 ，eno1关闭dhcp而eno2开启dhcp，网线插到eno2就可以正常ipgw；同样的eno2关闭dhcp而eno1开启dhcp，网线插到eno1就可以正常ipgw
