It's broken all the time. And it is my fault, because I had not finished conversation and never write a test for this old issue nette/nette#1395
@Majkl578 was right ofc. Type obtained by ini_get is string.

Then @dg devided nette into nette/http so I made a new issue report, this time with test ;)

Because I had a problem to fork nette/http on GitHub when we already had wikidi/http repository. GitHub allows to change fork name only after fork is done. :(
