Gerald and I could go into some detail. But I think getting some of the deeper insights from others in the team would be great. Let's see if we can proxy some deeper questions for Matt / Ryan / David!

As fan of netlify's magic, I'm also frustrated to not understand how it works in details 😆
so I have a few precise questions:
- How the edge servers works? I understand that they serve files according to merkle trees, but how the merkle trees are pushed to (or pulled) all the edges servers? And how all the routing configuration (redirects, which domains are mapped to which merkle tree) is pushed to those edge server?
- How do you decide how long a file content is cached on edge servers?
- How TLS certificates are instantly replicated to all the edge servers?
