PassportStrategy instance methods (logout for saml) about passport HOT 4 CLOSED

I think this would be addressed if #117 is merged.

The "workaround" (then legit) code would be like:

       this.samlStrategy.getPassportInstance().logout(req, function (err, req) {
            if (!err) {
                res.send('<h1>Logout Failure!!</h1>');
            }
        });

from passport.

#117 has been merged and published as 6.2.0

I'm not sure how #117 fixes this issue. This issue is about using methods on the Strategy instance, not about using a global/local Passport instance
