Hi,
This datepicker makes no decision on the selector you can use to activate it. You can use '.datepicker' or 'data-behaviour=datepicker', the decision is yours.
$('.datepicker').datepicker({
"format": "dd/mm/yyyy",
"weekStart": 1,
"language": '#{locale}',
"autoclose": true
});
There you are using '.datepicker', so there is no need to use 'data-behaviour=datepicker'.
So, once you just use '.datepicker', does it work correctly?

You're right, using only the class selector it works.
I made a generic callback function for all my pickers this way:
$('.datepicker').datepicker({
"format": "dd/mm/yyyy",
"weekStart": 1,
"language": '#{locale}',
"autoclose": true
}).on('changeDate', function(ev){
$(this).parent().children('input').attr('value',$(this).data('date'));
$(this).datepicker('hide');
});
Thank you!

Excellent :)
You may want to use the datepicker elsewhere and not have that behaviour. Perhaps you could keep more generic, like this:
$('.datepicker').datepicker({
"format": "dd/mm/yyyy",
"weekStart": 1,
"language": '#{locale}',
"autoclose": true
}
);
$(document).on('changeDate', '.datepicker.another_selector', function(){
$(this).parent().children('input').attr('value',$(this).data('date'));
$(this).datepicker('hide');
});
