Hi,
The icons come from twitter bootstrap. What bootstrap gem do you have installed?
I use https://github.com/anjlab/bootstrap-rails
Show me your CSS and JS manifest files ( the ones where you declare the requires ).

Seems right to me. The only difference is that I am using a different bootstrap gem.
Could please try using https://github.com/anjlab/bootstrap-rails ? That way we can reject that is a gem problem.

Oh and before you try that, are you sure that icons works?
The icons in the calendar are:
<i class="icon-arrow-left"/>
<i class="icon-arrow-right"/>
Do those work outside of the calendar?

ok, so, those icons did not appeare
after switch to bootstrap-rails gem all looks as it should, you where right, this was a gem problem.
