The patch works fine.
Only a comment, the bug was coming not after:
Use Twitter Bootstrap Theme (choices: yes, no) [default no]: yes
but after:
Load a starting page with examples after installation (choices: yes, no) [default no]: yes

Yes: because loading starting page the wrong template is set for the page and thus result in error when opening the site.
