Blank screen after selecting MS SQL driver on ETL v 1.3.1 about neo4j-etl HOT 8 CLOSED

Environment
Windows 10, 8Gb, JRE 1.8.0_161-b12, 64bit
IE 11 or Chrome (see chrome-version or ie-version screenshots)

Steps
1 - Install ETL app - see neo4j-desktop-homepg.png
2 - load data model screen for my project (see load-data-model.png)
3- load configure-connection screen (see configure-connection-screen.png)
4 - select mssql as a driver (see select jdbc-connection-and-mssql)
5 - select the correct jdbc-driver (see file-selected-driver.png)
6 - the result after "OK" on previous screen is selected (see after-selected-driver-pressed-ok)

The bug is definately in the file selection dialog, where jdbc driver from file system is selected. Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 and jdbc all behave in the same manner

also tried the download link on the etl site here in github - sqljdbc42, same behaviour, definately a problem with non built in drivers, where does the config file get generated ?
