I cannot uninstal Nekogram X about nekox HOT 1 OPEN

Describe the bug
I cannot unistall Nekogram X 9.3.3 installed from F-Droid on a Samsung Galaxy M12 with Android 13 without Google Services.

To Reproduce

1. Install from F-Droid Nekogram X on a Sansumg Galaxy M12 Android 13 phone without Google Services
2. Try to uninstall it

Logcat
Settings - click version - "Enable Log", then click "Send Logs" to @NekoXChat or just upload at issue.

Expected behavior
Nekogram X is uninstalled

I have the same issue in the same phone with Nekogram 9.6.7 installed from the Playstore using F-Droid's Aurora Store 4.2.5
