Support copying/moving/deleting LO about swift HOT 3 OPEN

I think those must be new-ish features - I don't recognize them. Do you know which swift versions they apply to?

I can think of two ways of doing this without breaking the API.

First would be to add a raft of new methods such as ObjectCopyWithParameters which takes an extra parameters dictionary (or url.Values) which is added to the URL.

Alternatively these could be squeezed into the Headers - if a Header field started with : say (something not valid normally) then you'd put that into the url parameters, not the http headers. So if you got a header of :multipart-manifest value get you'd stick that into the URL parameters. This would be easy to implement, if a bit hackish.

I believe the COPY with the manifest query feature was added in 2.6 so that's real new.

Move and Delete are now supported for both DLOs and SLOs. No support for COPY yet though, I'll take a look at adding it in the future.
