I think those must be new-ish features - I don't recognize them. Do you know which swift versions they apply to?
I can think of two ways of doing this without breaking the API.
First would be to add a raft of new methods such as ObjectCopyWithParameters
which takes an extra parameters dictionary (or url.Values) which is added to the URL.
Alternatively these could be squeezed into the Headers - if a Header field started with :
say (something not valid normally) then you'd put that into the url parameters, not the http headers. So if you got a header of :multipart-manifest
value get
you'd stick that into the URL parameters. This would be easy to implement, if a bit hackish.

with the manifest query feature was added in 2.6 so that's real new.
