Yes, you can get ScrollMe to recalculate heights and positions by calling the on_resize function.

For example, if you are using Masonry (https://github.com/desandro/masonry) your code should look something like this:

msnry.on( 'layoutComplete', function( msnryInstance, laidOutItems )
{
    scrollme.on_resize();
});

Works perfectly, thanks! I just had to use on_resize(); though when the filtering shuffle is complete event.
scrollme.on_resize(); doesn't work saying scrollme is not defined.

Ok, sounds like you are using a version before v1.1.0.

The code was changed a bit for v1.1.0 so if you update to the latest version in future you'll need to use scrollme.on_resize(); instead.
