Commit 0071ce7 fixes this but it is to discuss as the disable/enable has been replaced by a hide/show.

The hide/show for the send button is to discuss also. It may be better to be consistent when there is no patient selected and when the total duration is not completely affected.

The design has to be enhanced as follow :
- Hide the send button when no patient or no total duration is selected
- Remove the error message when no patient or no total duration is selected
- Guide the user thanks to better labels when no patient or no total duration is selected
- Show the disabled button and the error message when not all the total duration is used
- Hide total amount section while total duration is not selected
