If you don't share the file or the error then nothing specific can be answered. It sounds like a duplicate of #508, though, meaning it is not supported. It is recommended to use at least the 1.0 version of the 3d tiles specification.

The draco loader issue looks unrelated to this project. I'd check the build settings to make sure the decoder files are being loaded correctly.
