断定的で大丈夫です！
けど、Markdown/HTML的なコラム記法は他のに変えていただいても大丈夫です。

断定的でも大丈夫な理由ですが、WEB+DB PRESSおよびWEB+DB PRESS plusの書籍で統一している見出し名は、

  • 大見出し
  • 中見出し
  • 小見出し

の3つだからです（h1～h3）。

実質的に4階層になることもたまにあるのですが、その際は、ネーミング的には「特大見出し」だったり、章の上に「部」を設けるだったりしています。つまり意識的にはh1より上の階層を例外的に設けています。

ただ、h4やh5がコラム用である理由はないので（使ってないからこらを流用しただけなので）、コラムの記法は先述したように変えていただいても大丈夫ですー。
