Any idea on this?

I have a build that I modified for Visual Studio 2012 and .NET 4.5 when VS went RTM. I didn't get into the real guts of NAnt, so there may be issues, but it has been working great for me. GitHub identified EVERY file as having been changed, so I haven't had the time to sort through and get the changes checked into my branch, but I'll work on that today.

Would be great to get that feature into NAnt - thx!

The fix for the sln file should be trivial. But I'm not sure if this will also enable .Net 4.5 in these projects.
If you are able to compile nant and willing to test, then I can provide a branch with VS2012 sln change.
Unfortunately I don't have any real VS2012 sln and proj available to test.
BTW: Did you try the <msbuild>
task provided by nantcontrib?

Don't think we tried nantcontrib but I can check that on monday at the office.
We are willing to compile and test VS2012 build. We have large VS2012 .sln files we can run tests against. No problem with that.
Our primary issue is to compile / build VS2012 solutions that run on .Net 4.0. .Net 4.5 would be nice and will be needed sooner or later but its not yet high-prio for us as our main projects are on .Net 4.0.

Please follow issue #72.
