webhook received invalid "ts" value about nanomq HOT 2 OPEN

I believe there might be a problem with nanomq_cli. I have tested with nanomq_cli and mosq, it works fine with mosq. Can you test it with mosq in your environment to identify the problem？As for nanomq_cli we will look into it.

As you can see: ts is also not a valid timestamp.
