In September 2020, I was voted as Senior Project Leader, leading a team of 5 including myself to construct a well-deserved full analysis project in the electrical engineering domain. For 12 months we have been collecting Data on our College of engineering building to understand energy leakage. We have conducted a full Data Science Analysis Lifecycle with an add-on of Electrical Engineering Solutions.
šš®š°š² š š®ššø šš²šš²š°šš¶š¼š» ššš¶š»š“ šš¼š»šš¼š¹ššš¶š¼š» š”š²ššæš®š¹ š”š²ššš¼šæšø In the Final Project (Dr. Amr Yousef - EE 429 Independent Design), two of my classmates and I developed a deep learning model (Convolution Neural Network). We have successfully programmed a simple model to detect if someone is wearing a face mask or not. This model has real-world applications. For example, during the covid 19 epidemic, we witnessed public places like malls, stadiums, and government buildings adopt this model with a more sophisticated computer vision model used with cameras outside these buildings to allow entry or not. The model will detect if said person is wearing a mask or not, which will unlock the door to enter. š„š²š¾šš¶šæš²š± š¹š¶šÆšæš®šæš¶š²š:ā tensorflow, keras, imultils, numpy, opencv, python,ā matplotib,ā argparse and scipy
