LND suddenly stopped working... about mynode HOT 5 CLOSED

Upon further inspection it looks like the lnd database is corrupted. I’ve already saved the channel.backup file. What is the best way to force close channels and retrieve funds? Do I need to rebuild the node from scratch?

I saw this guide but unfortunately I don't have the "Manage" button under the Lightning GUI... I tried reinstalling LND but that didn't seem to fix the corruption (not even sure it really reinstalled since my custom LND config was exactly the same). Is the only option to wipe the drive clean, build from scratch and then restore wallet/channels?

Appreciate that but regardless, how can I restore a wallet if the LND database is corrupted?
