This is partially fixed with something like:

a = smart_str(stump)
parsedurl = urlparse.urlparse(a)
if parsedurl.netloc != "t04u.be":
do the stuff

However, the hardcoding of the URL is not django-esque. We should detect our own domain and use that variable.
