Fix SNMP client walk command about conpot HOT 8 CLOSED

@glaslos sorry, I did not use the snmp client's walk yet. I can only tell you that the snmp SERVER's walk is fine.

But I think providing a working snmp client is great since we could then forward requests to a real device as this is already possible on the HTTP interface.

some of them are obsolete now http://pysnmp.sourceforge.net/examples/obsolete.html
