rolify deprecation warnings about esl HOT 2 CLOSED

It's an issue with Rolify and needs to be fixed. At the time Rolify didn't
seem to be under active development, so it needs to be branched and updated
for Rails 4 - as the new methods will break (at first look) any previous
version of Rails. This takes time - and I haven't personally gotten around
to taking care of the deprecations.

The issue has been resolved by pointing to the GitHub repo as opposed to the one on rubygems

from esl.
