New BanEditor and UserEditor no longer build on Qt 4.6 (lucid PPA) about mumble HOT 4 CLOSED

According to en.wikipedia, support for LTS lucid ended 2013-05-09.

Those are the old builds that have shipped with lucid. (1.2.2 timeframe, and earlier).

LTS support might have ended, but there's still the greater question, which is whether we want to support 4.6.

Right now we have the following in main.cpp (of Mumble): https://github.com/mumble-voip/mumble/blob/master/src/mumble/main.cpp#L176, which would suggest that we build with 4.4, which isn't true at present.

So, we need to figure out what our new target Qt version is. This QLabel setPlaceholder stuff, is the only thing I know which blocks us from building with 4.6. Perhaps also the only thing blocking 4.4, I'm not sure.
