Modificaciones a SCRIPT CIVILES.
A/ NPCs que salgan/spawneen en vehículos deben poder ser controlables por zeus.
B/ Sistema de extracción de pilotos de los vehículos por parte de los jugadores "Drag Out". Los NPCs extraídos deben ponerse en surrender.

POSIBLE "REIMAGINE" SCRIPT
Delimitar el rango de acción del script a areas estilo "trigger" que podamos colocar con el editor y ahí configurar las opciones de civiles mínimos y máximos.
o
"Triggers" de tamaño predefinido con una gran cantidad de civiles (Ciudad) y otro menor (Pueblo)
