I am not sure if this is a problem, but how does the code coloring work for a multihack-foreign language?

I don't think the syntax highlighting will be affected by a change in language. ie) It just sees Javascript, whether that be "English Javascript" or "German Javascript".

I do. I'm not sure what you mean then.
Syntax highlighting is just provided by Codemirror plugins. I want to let the user decide which plugins they load. So they can use PHP or Python with colours.
