PS, to be clear this is affecting us in a larger context where we have types that have DateTime fields that can be packed but cannot be unpacked without the error being thrown ("The unpacked value is not expected type. The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable").
The test case above will clearly illustrate the issue though.

Sorry for delay.
It is bug in MessagePackConvert class due to floating-point error within TimeSpan.TotalMilliseconds. I'll release fixed version soon.
