Hi.
It should be synchronization bug on Create method or SerializationRepository. Could you upload stacktrace for it?

I tried repro your case, but I didn't repro this bug. Alghough I think "type lock" in SerializationRepository is not robust and should be fixed, I need repro to see fixed this issue correctly...

I pushed patch which may fix your issue. Would you confirm the patch with following branch? It passed all unit test cases, but I didn't see whether it fixed the issue because I couldn't repro it.
