Hyfile_Handler Date (Year) Labeling Issue about pysplit HOT 2 CLOSED

Fixed with #32, PySPLIT now interprets the correct century if the information is available as the first 4 digits of a 10 digit run of numbers in the trajectory filename. Otherwise, it defaults to 2000. There is no way to tell from the file contents. Trajectory files will have that 10 digit string in their filename if outputyr_2digits in pysplit.generate_bulktraj() is False (now the default behavior). Old trajectory files generated with PySPLIT have an 8 digit string and they will be interpreted as belonging to the 21st century.
