Wrong accuse to be malware about ps2exe HOT 7 CLOSED

I can understand why this error message annoys you. Unfortunately, PS2EXE is also misused to create malware, which is why some virus scanners classify compiled scripts as suspicious and even block them.
When I asked the manufacturers of the security software, I was told that there is a "malware proof of concept" for PS2EXE. In order to put a stop to the mostly wrong malware classifications, I had to make sure that the POC no longer works. These are the consequences...

Sorry for that. Maybe using Test-NetConnection is a workaround for you.

PS2EXE is not a tool to make the world better or worse. Nevertheless, I am not willing to help creators of dubious software to create their software, even if it is easy to circumvent.

@chbwien You know, this is an open source project. You could just remove the offending lines and compile it yourself.
