For Express, there's multer which handles multipart only but has the same API as the body parser from Express 3 (e.g. req.body, etc.). There is also connect-busboy which is just a thin wrapper around busboy and reformed which is a layer on top of busboy that adds form validation and has its own API.

As far as an example goes, the simplest solution would be to just send the response on busboy's 'finish' event. That signals that all data has been read from the form (while handling backpressure appropriately for incoming file streams).

If you need to be more strict and assuming you create a fs.WriteStream for each file, you could keep track of when each WriteStream emits 'close' and then send the response when all of the WriteStreams have emitted 'close' and the busboy 'finish' event has been seen.

from busboy.
