I am not familiar with any other flash alternatives.
Is there an issue with using straight up html5 with two videos, one in mp4 the other and webm/ogv as a fallback? I would help you get that setup or ensure any bugs you find blocking you from this get fixed. That's the ideal solution, if possible for you.
Writing these popcorn players is no easy task, and not something I want to do again. We should look for another solution.
A paid jwplayer account can turn this off, however, I would feel terrible knowing this is the reason I paid.
I would be interested on some specifics so I can help you come up with another solution.

Okay, thanks! I'm replacing an old solution with TBs of mp4 video, and I was hoping to use JWPlayer for fallback in some buggy browsers so that I don't need to transcode everything in a new format. It's not a big issue so I will find a way around it, or ask client to buy a license from JWPlayer. Thanks for your support and work on popcorn.js! It's great!
